Your web page indicated the cartridge was compatible with my laser printer but it WASN’T (as confirmed by a computer analyst at school) so then had to purchase an ‘authentic’ cartridge (yes 4times the price ) which worked!! Not happy with your groundwork

Pity Aust Post couldn't learn something. Also never have a problem with the cartridges they always work really well. Thanks for a very efficient service.
