I ordered the wrong type of ink cartridges and contacted INK DEPOT to tell the staff that I would like to return the wrong cartridges and buy the correct cartridges. A man's voice answered my call and told me that someone will contact me in the next 24 hours to sort out my mistake. No one has contacted me - I have been waiting for nearly a week. I have been a customer of INK DEPOT for many years and this lack of helpful service is very disappointing. I will now start buying ink cartridges from Officeworks.
