Your payment gateway is useless, but then again you are using that ripoff bank who used their 'clawback' provisions after buying BankWest to send many people to the wall. I created my account, placed my order & twice CBA's gateway did not return me to my account or clear the order as paid. It just bombed me out, forcing me to re-log in again. I was not going to do it a third time! Thus, my account has been debited twice for the same item. I do have an IT background, so there is nothing wrong with my system at all. This is the first time I have had trouble making a payment on an online account & as soon as I saw it was a CBA payment gateway, my antennas were up - seems like with damned good reason. Now, how to fix this mess?
