Postage is very fast, most of my orders have been delivered to North Queensland within 2 - 3 days. If the order is $100.00 or more, they also give you free postage, how good is that?

I contacted Ink-depot to order a new black toner cartridge after I had exhausted all other avenues to rectify problems which had arisen with our Oki printer after we had installed a replacement cartridge from another supplier. I dont know whether you have changed your software porogram recently. I had some diffuculty in exacting payment for my last order. Never happened in the past. Had to send an Email, which resulted in a phone call to collect my card data. Once this was effected delivery was prompt, as usual. The product is very competitively priced.
