This is a moot point. Customer Service have already been involved. In short our many ordered with Ink depot have usually arrived the day after or the next. This one was still not delivered 7 days after and I needed to chase it up. Customer Service were helpful and made the case a priority but were unable to call the Courier direct to enquire. This seems strange. I could have driven to the Courier's depot in 20 minutes and picked up the order myself.
Highly recommend for great variety of product, easy site navigation and super fast delivery.

I bought a new printer and had old (but unopened and fresh inks. left over). Ink Depot gave me a credit for those & I bought inks for my new printer. I have been dealing with them for about 10 years and have only ever had great service. Thank You.
