Online sales and delivery service are very good. However, calling Customer Service and the process for returning goods is extremely slow and frustrating. I've been waiting more than 2 days just to receive a return authority (RA) to enable me to return my goods. Returns should be able to be processed online immediately, or an RA given immediately over the phone or by email. I have assigned my rating based on my current frustrating experience with the return and RA process.
