Online sales and delivery service are very good. However, calling Customer Service and the process for returning goods is extremely slow and frustrating. I've been waiting more than 2 days just to receive a return authority (RA) to enable me to return my goods. Returns should be able to be processed online immediately, or an RA given immediately over the phone or by email. I have assigned my rating based on my current frustrating experience with the return and RA process.

I made an enquiry and sought advice. Someone called "Francis" replied promptly and was really helpful, even giving me access to the manual for my printer. I cannot speak to highly about this. As a result I tried out a few things involving cleaning which made a great deal of difference. I purchased a drum unit and toner as a result, and the delivery was prompt and really great. I have yet to install them as the performance is now passable and will put them in when I have the need for a top quality document.
