Service and delivery is always fantastic. I purchased a non-genuine brother black cartridge for the first time and now the printer isn’t printing black. You can barely see the images. I looked on how to return on the website and gave up .. you can only do an RA bu that wasn’t easy either.
Delivery on time!
As always, incredibly fast delivery and one of the lowest prices out there. While it's possible to save a few cents (literally), other companies take a week or two to deliver, which can delay my projects, which is why Ink Depot remain my favourite.
