I have been using this supplier for a long time & have always had excellent service & very fast delivery. I have had one problem in all those years when a Generic cartridge would not fit into my printer correctly. No problems for ink depot they didn't ask me to send them back they just sent more of a different brand. Fantastic!

Super fast delivery. Order afternoon and delivered in Sydney next day. Great. Only negative. Recently we had a faulty cartridge and the return process was not very satisfactory. We order about $1000 a year cartridges and thought that you could have been more flexible for regular loyal customers. I felt like I was dealing with the Public Service.
