I have in this instance rated my order as 4 stars and not 5 stars as I would have following past orders. For the first time my order arrived very poorly packed with one side gapping having not been sealed which gave the impression some of the contents may have been lost in transit. On opening the package this was not so but - because of the poor packaging - two of the cartridge packs had been squashed in transit. I assume that the actual cartridges will not be damaged when opened. Paul Mennie

Till now I haven't had a faulty product but last month I received a PGI-525PGBK cartridge that would not flow continuously in spite of numerous deep cleaning cycles. I had a spare cartridge, and when I inserted and cleaned the head it worked OK.

Ordered one weekday afternoon at about 2:45pm and they were delivered in Ballarat next morning at 10:00am. Of all my orders with Ink Depot, 1/2 were next day, the others day after. Best source of genuine Canon cartridges.
