Logistics: I live well away from Capital cities or their major suburbs, so placing an order on a Friday was a new experience. Ink didn't arrive until the following Tuesday. Instead of the usual next day delivery. Something for me to beaware of in future. Otherwise all is well

I have been using this supplier for a long time & have always had excellent service & very fast delivery. I have had one problem in all those years when a Generic cartridge would not fit into my printer correctly. No problems for ink depot they didn't ask me to send them back they just sent more of a different brand. Fantastic!
